I chatted with 2 lovely ladies recently who both said that this year they want to focus more on finding time for themselves as, for most, we are the last to realise how necessary it is to rejuvenate. One said she wanted to look after her energy and body more and needed help with daily hard chores. The other said she needed time to stop thinking about STUFF and to read more books.
For me this is a long hot bath with salts and a locked door (kids - what can you do!) Or a walk on the beach with the dog, alone with my thoughts so I can find space to organise them.
