What is a paint and sip night?
A fun, social evening where you paint step-by-step with an instructor while enjoying your favorite drink. -
Do I need any painting experience?
Not at all! All our events are beginner friendly—no art skills needed, the host will guide you through every step and no one gets left behind -
How long does the event last?
Usually about 2–3 hours, depending on group size -
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to grab a drink, pick a seat, and get settled. -
How many people usually attend?
Group sizes vary, but it’s always cozy, fun, and social. -
Can I take photos?
Absolutely and it is encouraged, unless specifically requested by a guest not to use their images. -
Is the canvas pre-drawn? No definitely not! We believe everyone has the ability to be creative with a little guidance, which is why we don’t pre-draw the design for you, we want you to create something unique. We show you every step how to build your painting, in easy, manageable steps. You’ll be amazed with the end result!
Supplies & Painting

Do I need to bring my own supplies?
Nope—we provide everything you need to paint, from brushes, aprons, water and more! -
What paints will we be using? Acrylic paints unless specified otherwise on the event. Acrylic paints are water based and very beginner friendly

Can I choose my own colours or design?
Absolutely! We encourage creativity, take the instruction as guidance and go with the creative flow! -
Do I get to take my painting home?
Yes! You’ll leave with your own unique masterpiece. -
Are aprons provided?
Yes—acrylics may leave traces on your clothing so wear old clothes to the event.
Food & Drinks

Are drinks included in the ticket price?
At the majority of our events drinks are not included (so we can keep the price as low as possible) On occasion sometimes drinks are included, check your event details. Refreshments are available to purchase from the venue -
What if I don’t drink alcohol—are there other options?
Of course! Non-alcoholic drinks are always available, bar menus vary at each venue -
Can I bring my own drinks/snacks?
Outside food and drink is not permitted, unless the event is a private event at your own venue, or BYOB fundraiser, or similar -
Is food available for purchase?
Yes, most locations offer food and drinks for purchase. Please check with the venue if you have queries If you wanted to book food for before the event, please make sure you allow at least 1.5 hours to ensure you’re full and ready to start painting
Tickets & Booking

How much does it cost?
Prices vary depending on whether refreshments are included in the ticket price, but most are available at £30 per ticket—check the ticket link for details. -
How do I book a spot?
Reserve online through our website or event page. -
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
You need to book ahead—spots fill up fast and some venues have less space available! -
Are group reservations available?
Yes! Bring your friends, co-workers, or family—we love groups. However seating is ALWAYS operated on a first come-first serve basis to remain fair to all guests. -
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
See our policy on the refunds and returns page link found in the footer of the web page. Generally, we offer a partial refund or exchange unless it is too close to the event for changes or exchanges.
Age & Participation

Is there an age requirement?
Most events are suitable for ages 12+ to 90+ depending on the venue, but if your child is able to concentrate for the length of the event, they are more than welcome at any age! For anyone under 18, it’s important you contact the venue directly to check their child policy -
Do I have to paint, or can I just sip and watch?
Painting is encouraged as there are limited space at the tables, but you’re welcome to just hang out, speak to the artist to discuss your needs. Seating at the table cannot be guaranteed. -
Can I come alone?
Yes! Lots of guests come solo and make new friends.
Accessibility

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Most locations are; but please contact the venue directly if you need accessibility information before booking and discuss with the venue that you are attending one of our events, as whilst a venue might be accessible, the room we use might be upstairs, annex, multi level etc. -
What if I have a special request? If you have any special requests please make sure your artist is aware before the event starts and they will make provisions, where possible.

Is it suitable for those who are hard of hearing? Yes! Our artists wear a portable microphone to amplify their voice. We do ask that you arrive a little earlier to discuss your needs with the artist before the event so they are aware and can assist you further if needed. Music will be played at the venue and due to the nature of the event there will be social noise as guests get creative. Arriving earlier will also enable you to choose a seat at the front of the event to get you closer to the artist

Is it suitable for those with poor vision? Yes, the artist demonstrates every step on an elevated easel so the room can see easier. They also wear a microphone to make it easier to hear each instruction. We would ask that you arrive a little earlier to discuss any needs with the artist and choose a seat that best fits your needs.
Other Logistics

What should I wear?
Something comfortable you don’t mind possibly getting a little paint on—we provide aprons. -
Is parking available nearby?
Parking facilities vary on the location of the event, please contact the venue directly for local parking information -
Are private parties or corporate events available?
Absolutely! We host birthdays, team-building, and more, message us here to get started! -
Do you take photos during the event?
Yes, we love capturing the fun! Your artist will you for consent before the event. Feel free to take your own photos too. However filming the artist during the event is prohibited. -
Can I bring my dog to the event? Please check if the venue is dog friendly before booking. If your furry friend is happy to chill with us for a couple of hours and wont disturb other guests we are more than happy to have them join
