RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Ticket Refunds
We know plans can sometimes change, so we’ll always do our best to be flexible where we can:
7 days or more before your event: You’re welcome to a refund (less 5% admin fee) or a gift card valid for 6 months.
6 days to 48 hours before your event: We’ll issue a 50% gift card valid for 3 months to use towards another event.
Within 48 hours to the day of the event: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits at this stage.
Thank you for your understanding — it helps us keep our events running smoothly for everyone!
Cancellation of events
In the event of a cancellation of the paint party by the organiser or the venue, a full refund will be issued on the tickets purchased.
Product Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return a product item from the date you received it to the return address: 31 Brookdale Avenue FY5 3RH. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We suggest keeping a proof of postage also. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error.
Product Refunds
Once we receive your purchased item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
