Painting instructor

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic people to join our team as facilitator artists, and share your passion for art with enthusiastic beginners in a relaxed, social setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and Demonstrate: Lead step-by-step painting sessions for beginners, providing clear and engaging instructions. Previous teaching experience is not necessary as training will be given

Create a Fun Atmosphere: Foster a relaxed and social environment where participants feel comfortable and inspired.

Encourage Creativity: Support individuality and creativity while offering guidance to ensure everyone's success.

Assist Participants: Provide hands-on assistance and encouragement to participants as needed.

Set Up and Clean Up: Prepare painting stations, art supplies, and clean up after each session.

Engage with Participants: Interact with attendees, answer questions, and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

Must have own transport.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in acrylic painting techniques and a willingness to learn.

Good communication and possibly teaching skills.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to create a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.

Previous teaching or art instruction experience is a plus but not a necessity.

Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part Time - 1-3 nights a week
Salary: £14 per hour (5 hours per night)
