Loyalty Programme Terms

Points

Where we operate a loyalty programme, points may be awarded from time to time in
accordance with the rules we publish.

Value

Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, loyalty points expire automatically 6 months after the date they are
awarded.

Use of points

Points may only be redeemed in accordance with the programme rules in force at the time of
redemption.

Expired points

Expired points cannot be reinstated, transferred, or redeemed.

Changes to the programme

We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time. Where practical,
we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
